Let’s get our guac on! We run The Great Guac Off, aka fun corporate team building activities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that are based on battling it out to make the best guacamole in the office. These team events offer strong combination of collaboration + competition + fun that = better workplace relationships, communication, employee engagement, and overall morale.

How can something as simple as guacamole achieve powerful team bonding results? The secret lies in the way we structure our corporate events. Your group will be split into smaller teams, with no more than six per squad, and it’s up to those individual groups to elect positions, like cheerleaders and shade throwers, within the squads. Then, each squad competes to create the best guac recipe your office has ever seen. With secret ingredients, fun games, and mini challenges thrown in throughout the duration of your team outing, there’s an opportunity for team building and team bonding during the entire event. Points and prizes add to the friendly competition. Everything described here comes standard with our 90-minute corporate events package, but we can make the event longer (or shorter) depending on your team’s needs.

Your Guac Off includes everything needed for effective team building. The activity is 1.5 hours and can be run at your office or location. At the end, we name a champion guac-making team, finish off the guac and snacks, and if you like, can add additional time for games, team activities and hanging out.
