Here’s how it works…

We run fun corporate team building activities in Minneapolis, MN. Our team event is based on a guacamole making competition, aka “The Great Guac Off,” which checks key boxes for awesome company team building: fun, competition, collaboration, and communication. The Great Guac Off is a smart, fast-paced, and high-energy team outing.

Our guacamole making competitions are about more than just mixing up some ripe avocados. Here’s how it works: We’ll kick off your team event by splitting your group into smaller teams of up to six people. Within these teams, your coworkers will decide who will play what role, like cheerleaders or shade throwers, before competing to craft the best guacamole recipe in the office. Include a secret ingredient mystery box for an extra fun challenge. Each team competes to win top points in a variety of different games and challenges played throughout the event, like guac-inspired trivia and Happy Cup. Once the guac is made, your judge will sample the dishes, a team champ is crowned, and awesome prizes are awarded.

Your Guac Off includes everything needed for effective team building. The activity is 1.5 hours and can be run at your office or location. At the end, we name a champion guac-making team, finish off the guac and snacks, and if you like, can add additional time for games, team activities and hanging out.
